Scope Invoice XML Format
Purpose
The Scope Invoice XML message format is an e-invoice file format to export invoice data of outgoing invoices or credit notes including related order/shipment information from Scope to external parties.
Application
The Scope Invoice XML e-invoice format has to be configured per debtor or for all outgoing invoices in Scope.
The export is triggered
- at the time of invoice or credit note finalization and
- at the time of invoice or credit note cancellation. Thus, this e-invoice format supports cancellations.
Scope generates file names according to the following format: {invoice/cancellation number} + “.xml”.
Data Transfer
The data transfer has to be established on a per-project basis. Riege Software provides different communication services. For this interface, we recommend a push-based protocol.
